The Novel Institute of Business Management & Research’s (NIBR) was established in the year 2002. NIBR’s new management institute in the name and style “Novel Institute of Management Studies” affiliated to University of Pune. NIBR’s Novel Institute of Management Studies empowers and helps students for self-understanding and revelation. An individual, awakened through the knowledge of self, through a process of education may further join hands with like-minded individuals, leading further as a catalyst to socio-economic change. In this institution, our aim is to help convert all the potential information you come with into meaningful knowledge and valuable soft assets. We inculcate qualities like leadership and organizational skills, so important in the Corporate World, through various extracurricular activities and participation in competitions across the country.

The Enrichment of Knowledge – The Library : A library endowed with the latest books and periodicals forms the backbone of any educational institute.The knowledge reservoir at NIBR’s Novel Institute of Management houses hundred of books covering the gamut of management subjects. Currently the library has a collection of over 3,000 titles that includes reference books, CDs, and renowned national and international periodicals.

* Home so Near – The Hostels : Separate hostel facility for girls and boys is available at our campus for limited numbers of students.

* A sound Mind in a Sound Body – Sports Activities : A whole week dedicated to bring out the sportive spirit of students through outdoor and indoor games as well as compliment it with elocution, debate and drama to explore the facets of their personality. A whole lot of activity which includes various competitions e.g. Chefs, henna design, rangoli etc.,

* The Road of Success – The Training & Placement Cell: The NIBR’s Novel Institute of Management Studies placement cell plays a key role in kick starting the success story of students. It is the senior staff members who know the students strength & weaknesses. The reputed National / Multinational Industry giants come to NIBR’s Novel Institute of Management Studies for campus interviews. We are able to place around 70 to 80% students in these industries.

* Conference Hall: The institutes Conference Hall is beautifully built with care. The conference Hall is equipped with in-built Audio, LCD and Video Systems conducive to overall learning and growth of the students.

* Computer Centre including Wi-Fi Internet Facility: Computer Centre is well–equipped with around 75 computers in Wi-Fi environment. Computers labs are provided with UPS Power Back-up. Other facilities include Antivirus Software’s and firewall protection. Students have access to lab facilities in a supervised environment.

* Specious Classrooms: Well equipped classrooms with latest audio-visual aids to keep students updated with latest methods of information dissemination. Large and airy classrooms, where students spend most of their time, make learning an enjoyable experience at NIBR’s Novel Institute of Management.
